“The importance of leadership and its impact changes dramatically when we are informed by the world around us as well as those with whom we work”
The ‘Revillaging Project’ believes that creating a space to experience and teach regenerative principles, whilst nurturing the human spirit, can drive meaningful social and environmental change.
Global Leadership Foundation believes that creating leadership experiences focused on raising emotional health levels can drive meaningful personal, social and environmental change.
So…when each of us began to explore the opportunity to collaborate, we soon recognised that a combined experience would not only be mutually beneficial but would also provide unique outcomes for those who joined them.
As with all our leadership experiences, this is designed for those leaders who:
- are exploring meaning and purpose for themselves and as leaders
- are rethinking the way in which they relate to others, their organisations and the communities in which they operate, and
- are prepared to have their current thinking and experience around leadership challenged.
What can you expect?
This 3-day leadership experience brings the story of The Revillaging Project alive through reconnecting with Indigenous stories and the significance of the Tootgarook wetlands and the surrounding country.
We will enjoy wholesome local food whilst spending time with Josh and Narelle on their farm and coming to understand more about regenerative practices and their role as leaders in community.
We will also take part in a yidaki (didjeridoo) led meditation, appreciate the abundance of native food and connect to country in a personalised guided tour at Bushrangers Bay, visit and spend time at the local hot springs and also have time for reflection and relaxation.
Alongside this, we will introduce mindful practices for the three centres – body, head and heart – and explore the benefits of high emotional health levels and their role in regenerative leadership and change.
Global Leadership Foundation also uses this experience as an opportunity to bring benefits to the communities we visit. Through our work, we endeavour to make a sustainable difference and contribute directly to the local community’s wellbeing and livelihood.
