We were thrilled to see so many friends and colleagues at our 18th annual Global Fellowship Event in early December. This year we were particularly pleased to see a number of people with whom we had not had face-to-face contact for some years. The weather smiled on us as we enjoyed a wonderful couple of hours with a lot of talking!

It was a great pleasure during the evening to welcome our newest Community Fellows, Small Giants. This is the first time we have made an organisation, as opposed to an individual, a Community Fellow, and there is no better organisation to start with. Below you can read a little more about our relationship with Small Giants.

Small Giants: our newest Community Fellows

Our Community Fellows represent our many colleagues and clients who truly lead by example in strengthening their own emotional health and supporting others in their workplaces and those around them to do the same. As our second guiding principle, Collaboration is all about engagement and working together.

Danny Almagor and Berry Lieberman founded Small Giants in 2007 with the shared belief that our economic system can and should work better for everyone. Further inspired by the BCorp movement, Small Giants became Australia’s first BCorp in 2021.

Our relationship with Small Giants has grown and evolved over time and collaboration is integral to the way in which we are working together. We share a commitment to strengthening the emotional health of people, organisations and communities.

This year, we acknowledge this commitment through recognising and welcoming Small Giants as our newest Community Fellow.
