Building a great team culture modelBuilding a strong team culture, with teams at all levels of an organisation that are collaborative and focused, is important for ongoing success. Teams whose members also see themselves as mutually accountable for the results they achieve tend to provide each other with the support needed to achieve this.

With a whole new year ahead of you, now is a good time to reflect on your team culture and ways that you can strengthen it in 2017. Global Leadership Foundation has developed a model and set of programs that can help you do this by identifying a team’s strengths and areas for possible development.

Our ‘Building a Great Team Culture’ circular model (download the PDF here) provides an organisation with the opportunity to develop a ‘greenfield’ team in a systematic way. The idea of working with the model is to start at the top (Creating a Shared Team Vision). From there you would move clockwise around the model, one step at a time, incorporating each component into a thorough team development place and programme. The model also provides the opportunity to assess and review each of the nine critical success factors, which can also be used with an established team by determining which of these are important for the team at the time.
