Events – workshops and leadership experiences
We understand if you have a change in personal circumstance which might prevent you from attending a course or leadership experience.
In the case of Leadership Experiences where flights are included (as specified at time of purchase) we will refund you in full up to one month before the starting date of the experience. After thisdate, we will refund you 70% of the total cost.
For all other courses and experiences we will refund you in full up to 2 weeks from the start date of the course/experience. After this date we will refund you 80% of the total cost.
Where possible, we are happy to transfer your balance to a future course or experience instead of an instance where we would provide a full refund.
Products
We are happy to refund you the cost of the product if the product is damaged or defective. Please contact us as soon as you receive the product so we can arrange a replacement. Applications for a refund for damaged goods will only be accepted up to 2 weeks after receiving the product.
