“Knowing others is wisdom, knowing the self is enlightenment” – Lao Tsu, Tao Te Ching

When you understand the gifts you bring and discover your unacknowledged or hidden strengths as a facilitator, you become more authentic in the way you engage others.

When you are open to understanding all aspects of yourself to be the best you can be, you will respond with the most effective way of facilitating at that time.

What are we offering?

Global Leadership Foundation offers the opportunity for those with facilitation experience to deeply explore the gifts and strengths they bring to their practice and apply this learning with approaches that effectively engage and involve others.

Who is it for?

This program is for facilitators and trainers who are:

• passionate about what they do – it has meaning and purpose for them
• aware that there is more to understand about themselves and the gifts they offer
• experiencing more and more challenging and/or complex working environments where current practices appear inadequate
• willing to learn more about something they are already good at
• willing to look ‘outside’ what they currently do and explore different practices
• willing to share what they already know and do
• open to understanding their facilitation ‘blind spots’ and creating development paths to continually improve.

What is the philosophy?

The program’s philosophy:

We focus on the development of the total person where we integrate our facilitation practices with all aspects of the body, heart and mind.
We build on each others’ strengths and we learn from each other.
We understand that our practices can create positive impact and change for our clients, our community and our planet.
We create an environment where people embody their learning and continually practice it.

Who delivers this program?

Global Leadership Foundation facilitators not only lead by example but are also recognised by their peers – nationally and internationally as authentic and masterful practitioners in their field.

Their use of specific facilitation techniques and collaborative approaches is widely recognised as effectively engaging and catering for all adult learning styles, whilst maintaining a strong focus on business outcomes and keeping people interested and motivated.

Their facilitation practices are also integrated with all aspects of the body, heart and mind to develop the total person – rather than just strengthening the skills of facilitation.
