As we experience turbulent times it is difficult to stay grounded and not be swayed by the most recent changes around us, nor the global news. How can we do this? How can we maintain clarity, continue to perform at our best, get ahead and continue to do it well.

Gayle is teaming up with Wesa Chau of Enlightened Heart and Christine Yeung of Beyond Story for a two-day leadership retreat that will help you release burden, restore and renew your strength and confidence in yourself and progress your career to the next level.

Outcomes

Outcomes of this retreat will include:

  • discover your strengths, abilities, gaps and unique qualities, and how these can help you perform your best
  • gain clarity on what might block you from getting ahead
  • understand how emotional health can take your performance to the next level.

Who is it for?

Professionals and mid-level managers in any field who are between the ages of 26 and 40 and who have the aspiration to get ahead and do it well.

Your investment

$900 + GST, which includes one night’s accommodation at the beautiful Holmesglen at Eildon, with breakfast, lunch and dinner on day 1 and breakfast and lunch on day 2.

About us

Gayle is the co-founder of Global Leadership Foundation and co-author of The Emotionally Healthy Leader and Working with Emotional Health and the Enneagram. She has a strong connection with, experience with and interest in the three centres of intelligence through her work with emotional health, the Enneagram and Enneamotion. She is also an accredited mBrain Coach, using the innate intelligence of all three centres to generate wiser decision-making.

Christine is the CEO and founder of Beyond Story. She is an experienced psychologist who has spent a decade working with many emerging and mid-level leaders across industries to optimise their psychological fitness in order to thrive in complexity. She is passionate about using holistic approaches to expand the collective capacity to think clearer and master emotions with wisdom in order to create deeper and wider impact.

Wesa is founder of Enlightened Heart and is a high-achieving individual who has led many national movements that bring systemic change and is recognised as an inductee of the Victorian Women Honour Roll.  She is also a sound meditation partitioner who has a passion for bringing spirituality into all areas of our lives to elevate collective consciousness.
