As many readers will know, the majority of the work that Global Leadership Foundation does is conducted with organisations – businesses, government and not-for-profits. After many requests from participants and others in the Global Leadership community, Gayle and Malcolm have been encouraged to host and co-facilitate a public Enneagram Immersion program in October this year.
Come and join them as they bring their deep knowledge and global experience into a workshop designed to engage and build your understanding and experience of the Enneagram, through:
- immersing yourself in three days exploring each of the three centres – Body, Heart and Head – and the Enneagram types that are connected to them
- building your awareness and understanding of each of the types and how emotional health levels influence these
- increasing your understanding of what drives and motivates each type as well as the impact these have on others
- learning more about the gifts and limitations of each type and the nature of relationships with others, given their preferred Enneagram type/s.
This residential program will run over three days at Country Place in the beautiful Olinda State Forest outside Melbourne, between February 21 and 23, 2018.
